Job summary

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Software and Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and operational support of large-scale, low-latency microservices trading platforms using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies. The role requires technical leadership, system analysis, performance optimization, and automation to ensure high performance, reliability, and security of FX trading systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of high-throughput, low-latency FX trading platforms using Java and Kubernetes. Provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering to ensure system reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
