Job summary

Seeking a Mechanical-biased Mobile Maintenance Engineer for facilities management, responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and supporting building systems across client sites.

Responsibilities

The engineer will perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building-services systems across various client sites. They are responsible for diagnosing faults, maintaining plant equipment, and ensuring all work complies with safety and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

BMS and controls Building-services systems Fault-finding HVAC systems Mechanical fault diagnosis Mechanical maintenance PPM Pumps and pressurisation systems Reactive maintenance Ventilation systems

Candidates must hold a City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical qualification and have previous experience in a commercial maintenance or facilities management environment. Strong mechanical fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently across multiple sites are essential.
