Job summary

Per diem Home Infusion RN administers IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitors patients, and performs assessments in a home setting for high-quality, patient-centered care using smart technology.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the home setting by administering IV and subcutaneous infusions. Monitor patients during treatment and perform ongoing clinical assessments.

Qualifications

BLS certification Communication skills Independent work Interpersonal skills IV medications Medication administration Patient assessment Spanish language proficiency Team collaboration

Requires a minimum of 1 year of home infusion experience and an active RN license in a compact state or the state of application. Must hold a valid driver's license and current BLS certification.
