Job summary

Lead and manage regulatory compliance for power market activities, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations including FERC, PUCT, and ERCOT standards. Oversee reporting, certification, regulatory filings, and risk management related to energy trading and operations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and monitor market developments.

Responsibilities

The Power Regulatory Advisor is responsible for managing the regulatory compliance program across various ISOs, FERC, and state authorities. This role serves as the primary interface between trading, operations, and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to all market and reporting requirements.

Candidates must have 10 to 15 years of experience in energy regulatory compliance or power markets. A strong working knowledge of ERCOT, PUCT, and FERC regulatory requirements is essential for this position.
