The Associate Director, Treasury Operations is responsible for leading day‑to‑day global cash management, banking operations, foreign exchange and treasury control activities. This role ensures adequate liquidity, efficient use of cash, effective management of bank relationships, and compliance with corporate Delegation of Authority (DOA) and treasury policies across Westlake. The position partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and business units to support funding, risk management, and capital markets activities.
Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Treasury Operations leads global cash management, banking operations, and foreign exchange activities while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. They partner with internal departments to optimize liquidity, manage bank relationships, and support broader capital structure and risk management strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an advanced degree or professional designation like CTP, CFA, or CPA preferred. A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking within a multinational industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
