Job summary

Support legal team at Axiom Space by assisting in contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal research for a summer internship in Houston, Texas, focusing on space law and commercial space regulation.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and support negotiations for commercial contracts, and research export controls, government contracting rules, and aerospace regulations. Assist with compliance, regulatory filings and audits, corporate governance documents, legal research, and improvements to legal department processes and documentation systems.
