Job summary

Provide specialized home infusion nursing care, patient education, and support in patients' homes, using clinical skills to support recovery and comfort with flexible hours and travel.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications

Requires a current Registered Nurse license in Iowa, at least one year of nursing experience, and a minimum of one year of infusion or IV experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and current CPR certification.
