Job summary

The Inova Schar Cancer Institute seeks a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide infusion therapy, patient care, and care coordination at their Loudoun cancer center. Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience, valid RN license in Virginia, BLS certification, and preferably chemo infusion experience, working daytime shifts Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination for patients and families within the infusion center. They ensure safe, therapeutic, and holistic care while collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications

BLS care coordination caring demeanor chemo infusion clinical practice communication infusion therapy nursing patient care technology

Candidates must have at least one year of clinical experience and hold a BSN or ADN degree. A BLS certification is required, and the candidate must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
