Responsibilities

Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales, service conversations, outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Identify customer financial needs, recommend appropriate PNC solutions, build loyalty and share of wallet, resolve problems, manage risk, and support accurate branch operations.

Qualifications

Accountability Banking Products Client Loyalty Communication Customer Experience (CX) Customer Service Identifying Opportunities Problem Solving Sales Technology Usage

Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent and related experience or product knowledge, with 3 or more years of experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may substitute for a degree. Spanish speaking is preferred, and candidates are subject to applicable background checks.
