Job summary

Join us as a Fraud Analyst responsible for monitoring and optimizing fraud detection systems using data, technology, and insight to prevent fraud and support decision-making. The role involves analyzing fraud trends, producing reports, and working closely with stakeholders to develop and enhance fraud strategies.

Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize fraud detection systems, models, and strategies across debit and credit card portfolios, balancing fraud prevention, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Analyze fraud trends and performance, produce management reporting and insights, and support fraud risk governance, budgeting, investment decisions, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Data analysis fraud detection platforms Problem-solving SAS SQL

Candidates should have hands-on experience in fraud, financial crime, or risk analytics, using SAS, SQL, or similar tools and fraud detection platforms such as Falcon, Broadcom, Actimize, Feedzai, or TS2. They should have experience improving fraud detection strategies, models, or rules and producing stakeholder-ready reporting, alongside strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
