Job summary

The role is for a Senior HR Business Partner at Rillet, a company providing AI-native ERP for finance teams. Responsibilities

The Senior HRBP will partner with functional leaders on organizational design, headcount planning, and team structure while coaching managers through performance and team dynamics. They will also own end-to-end employee relations and leverage AI tools to automate repeatable processes to focus on strategic people initiatives.
