Job summary

The Clinical Manager oversees the Children’s Behavioral Health Home and Wraparound teams, supervising staff, managing program operations, and ensuring quality client services in a community-based setting. The role requires clinical expertise, collaboration with partners, and compliance with regulations, focused on supporting children and youth with complex mental health needs.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Manager provides supervision and clinical oversight to Care Coordinators and Case Managers within the Children's Behavioral Health Home and Wraparound services. They collaborate with the Program Director to manage program facets and maintain relationships with governing and auditing partners.

Qualifications

Case Management Clinical Oversight Collaboration Electronic Data Collection and Reporting Harm Reduction Principles Motivational Interviewing program management Rehabilitation Principles Supervision Trauma-Informed Care

Requires a Master's level education with LCSW, LMSW-CC, or LCPC/LCPC-c licensure and the ability to pass comprehensive background checks. Preference is given to candidates with 1-3 years of supervisory experience and at least 2 years of case management experience.
