Responsibilities

The nurse provides individualized, one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients in their homes. They collaborate with families and the healthcare team to monitor conditions, administer treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a current RN or LPN license in the state of practice. A current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance are also required.
