Job summary

A solution architect on the presales team at AvePoint is responsible for designing, presenting, and demonstrating solutions to customers, providing technical guidance, and supporting sales processes, including engaging with clients, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and supporting product initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and demonstrate technical solutions to address customer business challenges while providing guidance throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive go-to-market initiatives and act as a solution evangelist.

Qualifications

AI and machine learning customer engagement Microsoft 365 Microsoft Azure natural language processing power platform presentation skills sales support solution architecture technical consulting

Requires over 10 years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting within the software industry. Must possess strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and M365.
