Job summary

Provide age-specific patient care as a registered nurse, performing assessments, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with healthcare team, documenting care, educating patients, and ensuring safety and quality in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

Provides and evaluates individualized nursing care, including patient assessment, care planning, treatment, medication administration, education, and discharge coordination. Qualifications
