Job summary

This role involves working closely with the founding team of a pre-seed AI-powered talent marketplace, contributing across product, growth, operations, and partnerships to shape a foundational platform in recruitment.

Responsibilities

You will lead founder-priority projects across product, growth, and operations while designing scalable processes to support rapid company expansion. Additionally, you will own the candidate experience and conversion funnel while driving high-leverage initiatives from inception to completion.
