Job summary

The Product Data Scientist at Baseten will analyze product data, support experiments, and measure key metrics to inform product decisions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and handle large datasets with advanced statistical and data-architectural skills.

Responsibilities

You will partner with product and engineering teams to define success metrics, design experiments, and translate data insights into actionable product strategy. Additionally, you will diagnose reliability and scaling issues by analyzing telemetry data to optimize the developer experience and platform performance.

Qualifications

BI tools Data Architecture Experimentation Forecasting Python SQL Statistics

The role requires 5+ years of experience in product data science or a similar quantitative field, with deep proficiency in SQL and Python. Candidates must demonstrate strong statistical judgment, hands-on forecasting expertise, and experience with data architecture and BI tools.
