Job summary

Seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an ambulatory surgery center. The role involves patient assessment, care planning, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining safety and infection control, and providing emotional support to patients and families. Qualifications include RN license, OR experience, BLS, and preferred ACLS. No weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate safe, compassionate perioperative nursing care, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and communication with providers and multidisciplinary team members. Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection-control protocols and handling instruments, equipment, and supplies appropriately.

Qualifications

An associate degree and an active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice are required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
