Job summary

The Office HSE Coordinator supports HSE management for offshore and onshore projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, incident prevention, audits, emergency response, and continuous improvement. The role involves coordinating HSE programs, training, and contractor activities to embed safety culture and ensure project safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate office HSE programs, compliance activities, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, training, and employee engagement. Maintain HSE records and performance reports, support contractor and vendor compliance, and track meeting actions and corrective measures through closure.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent education, training, and relevant experience may be considered. The role calls for 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience, knowledge of OSHA and ISO 45001 principles, experience supporting inspections and HSE programs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
