Job summary

Assist customers in-store by providing friendly service, helping locate products, and managing checkout processes. Participate in stocking, merchandise recovery, and store maintenance duties. Support omni-channel activities like Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Require physical mobility, ability to handle stock, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

The team member is responsible for providing friendly customer service, assisting with product location, and ensuring a fast checkout experience. They also perform operational tasks such as truck unloading, stocking, planogram maintenance, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

Cash Handling Communication Skills Customer Service Merchandise Recovery Operating Forklifts/Ladders Product Knowledge Safety Procedures Stocking Store Maintenance Teamwork

Candidates should have retail or customer service experience and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and climbing ladders. Applicants must be at least sixteen years of age and able to adhere to company policies and safety programs.
