Job summary

The role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a high-acuity ICU environment for post-surgical, vascular, and heart failure patients. The RN will coordinate care using evidence-based practices, communicate effectively, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction while working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, established standards, and evidence-based practice. Apply clinical judgment and compassionate communication to promote safe, therapeutic care and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

certification in BLS critical care nursing patient assessment patient care

Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program and an active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice are required. Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is also required.
