Job summary

The Contract Administrator will review and manage contracts for US Federal, state, and local government clients, coordinate post-award activities, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation, supporting business goals and client onboarding in a SaaS enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

The Contract Administrator will manage post-award contract administration, including reviewing agreements, mapping requirements to business goals, and resolving issues. They will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams while maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce.

Qualifications

Communication Skills Contract Lifecycle Management Systems Contract Management Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Legal Agreements Negotiation Organizational Skills Risk Mitigation Salesforce Solution-Based Selling

Candidates must have 5+ years of contracting experience in the enterprise software or SaaS space, with a strong preference for government contracting experience. Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems and Salesforce is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
