Job summary

Lead the Inside Sales Engineering team supporting pump projects across North America, focusing on technical accuracy, customer support, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Engineering Manager will lead, mentor, and develop the team while overseeing the technical accuracy and competitiveness of project quotations. They will act as the primary technical lead for complex pump applications and coordinate across departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

ANSI standards API standards ASME standards DIN standards hydraulics mechanical design pump applications pump selection quotation activities technical guidance

Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in pump applications, project engineering, or inside sales, with strong knowledge of hydraulics and industry standards. Previous leadership experience is preferred, and U.S. work authorization is mandatory.
