Qualifications

Basic Life Support Communication Documentation Infection Control Mobility Assistance Patient Care Safety Procedures Vital Signs

Requires an active Certified Nurse Assistant certification and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and transferring patients. A high school diploma is preferred, and CPR certification is required or must be obtained within six months.
