Job summary

The role involves building and optimizing training and inference frameworks for advanced AI models, deploying state-of-the-art post-training algorithms, and developing next-generation agent training algorithms. It requires collaboration with ML teams to enhance research, support large-scale training, and improve system performance, with a focus on multi-node LLM training, optimization, and cutting-edge algorithms.

Responsibilities

You will build, profile, and optimize the training and inference framework while post-training state-of-the-art models. Collaborating with ML teams, you will accelerate their research and development to create next-gen agent training algorithms.

Qualifications

CUDA flash attention LLM training multi-node training and inference post-training methods Pytorch system optimization transformers

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of LLM training experience in a production environment and be passionate about system optimization. A PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
