Seeking a registered nurse for night shift on a step-down intermediate care unit, providing complex adult patient care, building relationships with patients and families, advocating for patients, and working with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will manage a 4-5 patient assignment on a medical intermediate care unit while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for delivering relationship-based care to a complex adult patient population while supporting independence in nursing practice.

Qualifications

A BSN is required, though ADN candidates may be considered with a 3-year completion commitment. Candidates must have at least one year of acute or sub-acute experience and hold a current BLS certification.
