Job summary

Assist with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, compliance, data management, and support across multiple countries in a fast-growing fintech company.

Responsibilities

You will manage day-to-day People operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and HRIS data maintenance. Additionally, you will build and improve internal processes and support employees with policy and benefits inquiries.
