Assist customers with wireless devices, plans, and accessories, build relationships, and meet sales goals in a retail environment. Requires strong communication, customer service skills, and ability to learn technology quickly.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services by identifying their needs, recommending solutions, and providing account support, setup, and troubleshooting. Build customer relationships, generate sales through outreach and follow-up, maintain product knowledge, support store operations, and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a positive, customer-focused attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, motivation to learn, and the ability to quickly learn wireless products and services.
