Job summary

Experienced Water Treatment Equipment Engineer responsible for specifying, applying, and optimizing water purification, filtration, and chemical treatment systems for industrial facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Design, specify, and optimize industrial water treatment systems for hydrocarbon, energy, chemical processing, and manufacturing facilities, including produced water, cooling, desalination, and wastewater systems. Analyze water and process data, support equipment selection and project delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, troubleshoot system issues, prepare technical documentation, and guide junior staff.

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a similar field is required, along with 10+ years of overall experience and at least five years on relevant industrial projects. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of water chemistry, treatment processes and equipment, regulatory requirements, and large-scale project delivery through commissioning; a PE license and advanced degree are preferred.
