Job summary

Assist individuals with brain injuries in rehabilitation to gain independence through personalized support, involving daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

You will provide personalised support to individuals with brain injuries to help them regain independent living skills and achieve personal goals. This includes assisting with daily routines, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and participating in various social and leisure activities.

Qualifications

No specific experience is required as full induction and training are provided. Candidates must demonstrate empathy, patience, resilience, and strong communication skills to support residents effectively.
