Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and fault finding of automated vial and syringe filling equipment to ensure operational excellence. They will also manage spare parts, oversee external contractors, and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies in compliance with cGMP and EHS standards.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold at least a certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with proven relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering equipment.
