Job summary

The Senior Care Assistant - Bank supports daily care needs in a dementia-focused care home, manages a team of Care Assistants, supports clinical duties such as medication and care plans, and builds relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day running of a care unit, including managing a team of Care Assistants and overseeing shift handovers. Supports clinical duties such as medication issuance, care plan reviews, and coordinating with external healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
