Job summary

The Junior People Advisor supports employee relations, manages administrative tasks, and assists in employee engagement initiatives. The role involves advising managers, handling people queries, maintaining records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting employee development and wellbeing activities.

Responsibilities

The Junior People Advisor will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies and supporting managers with employee relations matters. They will also manage administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and data reporting.

Qualifications

Candidates should have previous experience in an HR or People & Culture role with exposure to employee relations and manager support. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of UK employment practices are required.
