Job summary

The role requires leading and scaling core accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, reconciliations, and close processes in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. Responsibilities

The Director of Accounting Operations will lead and scale the core accounting function, overseeing day-to-day operations including AP, AR, payroll, and financial close. They will also drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to support the company's global growth.

Qualifications

Accounting Operations Auditing ERP Systems Fixed Assets Internal Controls International Accounting Payroll Accounting Process Improvement Reconciliations US GAAP

Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations or controllership, with a strong foundation in US GAAP and ERP systems. A CPA and experience in complex, product-based, or multinational environments are strongly preferred.
