Job summary

We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide HR administration support across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. The role involves handling employee queries, payroll changes, maintaining records, supporting HR processes, and producing reports, with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will provide accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including managing queries, payroll changes, and onboarding. They will also maintain employee records in Oracle Fusion and support HR policies and workforce reporting.

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role and familiarity with HR information systems like Oracle Fusion are desirable.
