Job summary

Seeking an experienced F&B Director to oversee development and opening of Food & Beverage concepts in Europe, ensuring operational excellence, commercial success, and guest satisfaction through all project phases from concept to post-opening review.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development and opening of world-class food and beverage concepts across Europe. Collaborate with owners, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and commercial success.

Qualifications

Client Relations Concept Development Design & Build Food & Beverage (F&B) Leadership & Influence Operational Handover Operational Workflows Pre-opening Planning Project Management Sustainable Practices

Requires at least 10 years of extensive operational experience in hotels or restaurants. Must possess strong project management skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
