Job summary

RainFocus seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage renewals, upsells, and expand revenue within enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage renewals and upsell opportunities across a named enterprise account portfolio, including identifying customer needs, demonstrating solutions, negotiating recurring-revenue contracts, and expanding RainFocus offerings. Build strategic client relationships, coordinate with Client Success and other teams, conduct quarterly business reviews, and share customer and market insights with the Product team.

Qualifications

Requires 7+ years of enterprise account management experience, including renewing contracts exceeding $250K in CARR and a sustained record of exceeding quota. Candidates must have experience with complex multi-stakeholder software sales, demonstrations, RFPs, MSA and SOW creation, and legal reviews, plus a BA/BS degree.
