Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with high-level service, assists with operational tasks, and supports store management. Knowledge of automotive parts, customer service skills, cash handling, inventory management, and bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through inventory management, stocking, and performing basic in-store vehicle services.

Qualifications

automotive parts bilingual in Spanish cash handling communication customer service delivery driving inventory management multitasking operating test equipment problem solving

Candidates must be able to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish are highly desired.
