Responsibilities

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations oversees daily billing and coding operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance across multiple payers and service lines. This role also focuses on coaching and developing supervisory staff while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

Billing Coding Coding Compliance CPT HCPCS ICD-10-CM Leadership Payer Edits Revenue Cycle Team Management

Candidates must have at least 7 years of progressive revenue cycle experience, including 3 years of direct people leadership and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification. Strong technical knowledge of coding standards, payer edits, and experience with EHR platforms like Athenahealth are required.
