Job summary

Lila Sciences is seeking a senior OT Security Engineer to design, implement, and operate security controls for the company's operational technology environment, including segmentation, identity management, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

The Staff OT Security Engineer will own hands-on security engineering for operational technology environments, translating architecture into operational controls. They will design and validate segmentation, manage machine identity, and lead OT-specific threat modeling and incident response efforts.
