Job summary

Assist customers in a retail environment by providing friendly customer service, managing checkout, helping shoppers find products, restocking merchandise, and participating in store recovery and safety programs. Responsible for cash handling, promotional activities, and supporting omni-channel processes.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly customer service, assist with product selection, and ensure a fast checkout experience. Perform store maintenance, truck unloading, stocking, and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

BOPIS Cash Handling Customer Service Merchandise Recovery Planogram (POGs) Safety Programs SFS Stocking Store Recovery Standards Voice of Customer (VOC)

Retail or customer service experience is preferred. Candidates must be at least sixteen years old and capable of performing physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy boxes.
