Adminstrative Nurse Manager

Oversee clinical nursing operations and patient care across assigned clinics, including staff supervision, care quality evaluation, and direct patient care as needed. Coordinate improvement initiatives, infection control and accreditation activities, staff orientation and education, and communication across clinic sites.

A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree in nursing is preferred; applicants must hold an active New York RN license and current Infection Control and Basic Life Support certifications. The role requires at least five years of clinical nursing experience, including three years of progressive supervisory or healthcare management experience, along with strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and electronic medical record skills.
