Responsibilities

The clinical nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating competent, evidence-based care across the patient care continuum. They also participate in decision-making, teaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration to advance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact state and have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. An Associate of Nursing (ASN) is required, while a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with Basic Life Support certification.
