Flexible manufacturing company seeking a Hyperscale Mechanical Engineer to support electrical and mechanical product design, particularly switchboards and power distribution equipment, for high-demand data center applications in Dundalk, Ireland. Responsibilities

The Hyperscale Mechanical Engineer will create 3D mechanical designs for switchboards and associated products while ensuring production drawings are accurate and controlled. The role also involves providing technical assistance to production and site operations, as well as liaising with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

3D CAD Autodesk Inventor Literacy Mechanical Design Microsoft Office Numeracy Schematics Reading Sheet Metal Design Teamwork

Candidates must hold a 3rd level degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and possess experience in a commercial mechanical design role. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Autodesk Inventor and Vault, along with the ability to read schematics is required.
