Job summary

Support production and NPI programs by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and fixtures for robotics products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement through lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Lead process validation, troubleshoot assembly issues, and mentor engineering staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes and assembly workflows for robotics projects from prototype to production. They will also act as a technical authority to drive manufacturing strategy, mentor junior engineers, and implement continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

Assembly Work Instructions CAD Design for Assembly (DFA) Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Lean Manufacturing Manufacturing Engineering Problem Solving Process Development Root Cause Analysis Six Sigma

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering field and 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or process development. Proficiency in CAD software, GD&T, and hands-on experience with fabrication and assembly techniques are required.
