Job summary

The role of a Care Assistant involves working as part of a supportive team to provide personalized and compassionate care to residents in a nursing home, encouraging social and leisure activities, and showing kindness and respect to residents, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans while working as part of a supportive team. Actively encourage and participate in leisure and social activities to enrich the lives of residents.
