Job summary

Supervise and lead process engineering teams on complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to standards, and quality. Responsible for process design, safety integration, project control, and stakeholder communication in chemical, biochemical, and petroleum engineering.

Responsibilities

The Principal Process Engineer provides technical direction and supervision for engineering teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations. Responsibilities include managing project controls, establishing design criteria, and mentoring less experienced staff while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Client Communication Cost Estimation Drafting Industrial Standards Process Design Process Engineering Process Safety Project Management Regulatory Compliance Team Leadership

Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering. A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant industrial experience in process design is required, with Professional Engineering registration or CPIP certification highly preferred.
