Job summary

The Senior Software Engineer at Medtronic is responsible for designing, developing, verifying, and maintaining software for medical device products, with a focus on compliance, technical leadership, and collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality, innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

You will design, develop, and verify software for medical device products in compliance with standards like IEC 62304. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Agile methodologies medical device software programming (C++, Java, Python etc) regulatory compliance software design and review software development software standards team mentoring Test-Driven Development

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience. Proficiency in at least two programming languages and experience with Agile methodologies are required.
