The Lab Supervisor oversees manufacturing operations in a supported production environment, manages a team on a 12-hour day shift, and drives safety, quality, and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

The Lab Supervisor will lead and coordinate a production team on the Back End Day shift to ensure production deliverables are met. They are responsible for managing resources, setting priorities, and fostering a culture of safety and quality within the manufacturing lab.

Qualifications

Analytical Instrumentation Equipment Troubleshooting GMP Compliance Laboratory Operations Leadership Process Optimization Team Management Testing & Calibration

Candidates typically require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of related experience, including previous team lead experience. Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment is highly preferred.
