Job summary

The Senior Manager of SAP SuccessFactors EC and Platform leads global initiatives, manages a team, ensures platform compliance, oversees upgrades, integration, and drives HR technology solutions for a worldwide organization.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team to manage the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module and platform across 40+ countries. Drive the product lifecycle, system optimization, and compliance while partnering with Finance, HR, and Payroll to scale global processes.

Qualifications

Employee Central Global Compliance HCM Integration Platform Management Project Management Release Management SAP SuccessFactors System Administration Vendor Management

Requires 8+ years of SuccessFactors EC administration and 3+ years of global leadership experience. A bachelor's degree and SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0 are required or desired.
